Practice is held outdoors in a beautiful forest of trees, submerged in the sounds of nature at Arrowhead Farms, located in North Tampa.

Please bring your own

• Yoga mat

• Bottle of water

• Large blanket or towel for the ground under your yoga mat

• Optional yoga props of choice

Parking

Drive through the red archway right before the address. Take the gravel road towards the back of property, pass the red barn on your left, and park along the open space.
