Experience Your Story: A somatic retreat experience with Lisa Jamison

  • Arrowhead Farms 16320 Indian Mound Road Tampa, FL, 33618 United States (map)

Our retreat provides you expert guidance into the story of your life as remembered by your body.

Come strengthen your ability to explore within as you learn to access your body's language.

Bring yourself back into nature as we explore the true nature of Self.

Spend your day grounding in nature and building resilience through safe practices designed to alter your consciousness.

Your retreat experience includes

  • Time in nature, under the trees at Arrowhead Farms. Sacred Native American land that has been preserved for over a century.

  • An invitation to the deeper experience of self-exploration including a ritual Cacao ceremony, or use of chocolate in its purest form.

  • Breathing practices to assist you in hearing and experiencing your body's stories; practices that help you regulate your own nervous system in times of stress.

  • Somatic movement designed to help deepen your own intuition, bring you towards more profound experiences, and help release unwanted tension and energy

  • Continued fine-tuning of your intention

  • Breathwork meditation for Somatic Processing; a practice of breathing that invites and allows your body to go into an even deeper state of meditation (altered state or awareness, non-normal state of consciousness) so that you can truly experience the memories of your body.

  • Time for integration of your experience through writing, conversation, & being in nature.

  • Healthy snacks & beverages included
