The Sacred Village of Women: Yoga & Circle

  • 4314 North Florida Avenue Tampa, FL, 33603 United States (map)

I had a dream several years ago about The Sacred Vow.

I am honored and humbled to bring it to fruition with you.

The Sacred Village of Women is a space for women to heal, learn, unlearn, and expand in community, through shared experiences and sacred practices.

We were never meant to do this life alone. Moving, breathing, and sharing ritual with women who have walked their own unique, yet wildly similar path is potent medicine for the soul.

The Sacred Vow is a creative container to explore intuition, movement, truth, stillness, & vulnerability. A place to step into your most authentic self. The support to call her home.

We do this through seasonal offerings in supportive spaces, led by powerful women.

We will bridge together a unique combination of ever changing practices to honor the energy that arises, personally and collectively.

Including but not limited to: yoga, meditation, ritual, journaling, ceremony, dynamic movement, somatic healing, sound, astrology, nature, and time together in sacred circle.

The time has come for our first gathering.

I am honored to have you meet me in this powerful space, where I have personally received so much deep healing, clarity, and insight.

A private studio in Tampa Heights, owned by Gwen Hanner. It is the perfect container for us to connect, release, and find new levels of peace.

We will explore

  • A mixture of yoga & somatic movement

  • Sound & breath

  • Guided meditation

  • Sacred time in circle

  • Soulful Journal prompts

  • Ritual to cleanse for a new season
